We perform strict inspection of raw materials,semi-finished and finished products to ensure that each batch meets the quality standard. Batch number for tracking is implemented during the whole production or manufacturing process.

Testing data is then put into our system which unables us to forsee any defaults in the production, Employes self-inspection during the production process is also mentained and re-inspection of the whole batch is also implemented besides the initial inspection. From Start of production til end, because of mould updates or material changes;

Produts can only move to the next procedure only after the confirmation by corresponding inspectors and QA Department.
